PHDaviesP.H.Davies is a 34-year-old English graduate born in Lancashire but now residing in Oxford. He graduated in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in English Literature before moving to the city of dreaming spires to work in publishing and then later in university administration and marketing. He recently completed a graduate diploma in Psychology and is now studying for the CIM professional diploma in marketing. He has lived in Oxford for twelve years and entered into a civil partnership with his husband in 2011.

He has been writing since he was sixteen under a pseudonym, P.Viktor, and has self-published three collections of poetry, A Marriage of Sorts (2007), The Loss House (2008), and Juvenilia – Collected Poems 1998 – 2008 (2010), as well as a novel, Veneer (2007). He now writes under his own name and has recently published his fourth collection of poetry, Suburbanite (2012), as well as the free e-book, A Life of Plath (2012). He was the author of a blog (www.pviktor.com) between 2005-2010 and has written articles and reviews for the music magazine Wears the Trousers and for Oxford City Guide. He was also Senior Arts Editor for the newly established Oxford Magazine. In the immediate future he would like to attempt a second novel, write a book of short stories, and develop film scripts, as well as continue writing and publishing poetry. He would also like to add a dog to the family.
